Construction of Inwood Village II, a two-story, 74,265-square-foot office building near the North San Antonio neighborhood of Inwood, recently wrapped up.

Worth and Associates, a local commercial real estate developer and brokerage firm, announced Nov. 28 the completion of Inwood Village II at 2806 W. Bitters Road.

According to a news release, Inwood Village II is the second structure within the Inwood Village Business Park and features 13 move-in ready suites that range from 1,260 square feet to 3,098 square feet. The suites are prewired with voice and data, and can be combined to form larger spaces as needed, the release states.

Inwood Village II offers two conference rooms with audio and visual equipment, a tenant lounge serviced by Healthy Micro Market, controlled building access, on-site property management, a courtyard with seating, an outdoor kitchen, picnic areas, and an outdoor patio and deck.

KCI Technologies, an engineering, consulting and construction firm, is the anchor tenant for Inwood Village II, occupying 23,000 square feet of space, the release states.

Representatives for Worth and Associates said the developer is offering grand opening specials to prospective tenants, providing moving and furniture allowances on leases signed for move-in ready suites through Jan. 31.
