The Look Furniture has been up and running in North San Antonio for over 40 years but now "it's the right time" to close, Co-owner Steve Gehrke said.

The furniture and home decor store, located at 24112 Boerne Stage Road, is anticipated to close by the end of July, Gehrke said.

What’s happening

The Look Furniture is planning on selling out its inventory and then shutting down completely, Gehrke said. The store offers a variety of Hill Country style furnishing, rugs and home decor, according to its website.

Gehrke said the business was originally opened by his uncle and has been owned by the family ever since.
