What’s on the menu

Served rodizio-style, Fogo de Chão offers an all-you-can-eat experience, offering up skewered meats right to the table.

They’re known for their “Full Churrasco” experience, with chefs grilling specialty sirloins including Fraldinha and Picanha.

Ribeye, filet, lamb chops, and roasted chicken complement the Brazilian favorites.

“Our market table is constantly changing,” Sales Manager Amber Devilbiss said. “Other steakhouses stay with the basics.”

Fogo de Chão has a rotating, seasonal menu.

Additionally, the restaurant has single-plate entrees like pan-seared salmon and shareables like lobster mashed potatoes.
