North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting for Perspire Sauna Studio Stone Oak.

Perspire is a full-spectrum infrared sauna where equipment heats one’s body directly without warming the air around them.

Representatives for Perspire said their sauna leaves out ultraviolet rays and produces a sweat session that helps visitors to relax their mind, detox their body, burn calories, improve their skin and sleep, and boost their immunity.

Perspire has studios in nearly 20 states; the first Perspire Sauna Studio in San Antonio is located in The Dominion neighborhood.
