Campos and Tellez Law officially opened its doors in San Antonio on March 8, led by St. Mary’s University School of Law graduates and law practice partners Princess Campos and Veronica Treviño Tellez.

Tellez and Campos combined have 12 years of experience and specialize in personal injury law, according to a news release, which added that both women met as associates at a personal injury law firm in 2019.

Campos and Tellez said, while working together, they developed their skills and experiences as trial attorneys and representing hundreds of clients while recovering millions of dollars for their clients.

Prior to meeting, the duo gained multifaceted legal practice experience in insurance defense, family law, criminal law, probate court, traffic violations and contract disputes, the release said.

Campos and Tellez also said, having navigated the legal arena as Latina women, they recognized critical factors affecting advancement for minority women.

Campos and Tellez said they feel there’s a significant lack of visible Latina role models in leadership at top law firms and corporations, which they added inspired them to create their own path and start a firm focused on compassionate client advocacy.

Additionally, Campos and Tellez donate their free time and support to organizations and programs that elevate minority women in Central and South Texas, the release said.
