Camping, when done right, should be about relaxation and spending some much needed time in the great outdoors. Having a way to get to your destination is where family-owned and operated RV dealership San Antonio RVs comes in.

With two locations, one at 4144 I-10 West, Seguin and one at 8383 Hwy. 281 N., Spring Branch, San Antonio RVs is dedicated to making sure their customers walk away with the perfect RV.

The dealership sells travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, light weights, motorhomes and destination trailers. San Antonio RVs has a large selection of new and used items, and has financing options available for those who are interested.

Once a customer has found the perfect RV, the last thing they want down the road is to have an unexpected breakdown requiring a repair that isn’t covered by a warranty.

Luckily for them, San Antonio RVs has a partnership with Warranty Forever. The name is just as it sounds—any new or less than two-year-old used RVs are covered underneath the policy.

Warranty Forever functions nationwide through a variety of dealerships, meaning someone could buy an RV at San Antonio RVs and then take it to another dealership in a different state to have it repaired for no additional cost.

Some of the most common repairs the business sees include fixing brakes, air conditioners, trash compactors, hot water tanks, toilets, sinks, water pumps, the furnace igniter, door handles and latches.

The sole responsibility for RV owners is keeping up the required maintenance year-over-year, essentially to a yearly trade off of one year of maintenance equaling one year of warranty.

“Some of the problems people have down the road is they don't maintain it. So the warranty works as if they do the main maintenance required by the manufacturer,” San Antonio RVs General Manager Stan Bryan said. “It does two things: If something breaks, it's taken care of and there's no deductible. It doesn’t cost [the customer] a dime. The other part is ... as you do what the manufacturer says to do, these things don't break as often.”

By keeping up with the yearly maintenance, RV owners are able to avoid the extra costs that would be associated with these repairs. On average, normal maintenance costs around $300 a year, and prevents anything that may mess up the RV down the road. Owners also have a 30-day window to get their yearly maintenance completed in order to stay on the warranty forever program.

Along with offering the Warranty Forever partnership, the dealership also prides itself on having a hassle-free buying experience. Instead of having multiple people assisting you like at a car dealership, San Antonio RVs has one person that takes you through the entire process, making it that much more seamless and faster.

“It's just all been very organic. As you hire a couple more people, it’s really just kind of a building block. It’s kind of like a Lego set that's never going to be finished,” Bryan said. “We're always adding on a little brick at a time.”
