In the New Braunfels housing market, both 78130 and 78132 ZIP code areas saw a decrease in the median home sales price in September.

According to the Four Rivers Association of Realtors, median home prices were down year-over-year by 6.8% in the 78130 ZIP code to $315,920 and were down 13.33% in the 78132 ZIP code to $483,980.

Homes stayed on the market on average more than three months in the 78130 ZIP code.
