In observance of Memorial Day on May 27, many city facilities will be closed in New Braunfels, according to a May 20 news release from the city.

The following facilities will be closed, according to the news release:
  • City Hall
  • Municipal Court
  • Both branches of the New Braunfels Public Library
  • Parks & Recreation administrative offices
  • The Fischer Park Nature Education Center
  • Solid Waste and Recycling administrative offices
  • The City Recycling Center
  • The Civic & Convention Center
  • The Westside Community Center

Residential and commercial garbage and recycling collection will continue on their regular schedule, according to the release.

Landa Park Golf Course will remain open and Das Rec will be open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
