Zak Mirz Magic

The Brauntex Performing Arts Theatre is hosting magician Zak Mirz, who has appeared on America’s Got Talent and Penn & Teller: Fool Us. He will perform an illusionary magic show.New Braunfels Gun Show

This event is a German-influenced physical strength challenge. Attendees can watch the final match of participants holding a pint of beer in front of them for as long as possible. The winner gets a trip to New York City to participate in the national finals.Nightlife Hike

The city of New Braunfels is hosting a night hike at Fischer Park for families and kids of all ages to explore the park after dark. Children under 3 are free, while all others must register online.Floatin’ the Comal

Sponsored by the Kylie Rose Foundation, this fundraiser event features a day of fun on the Comal River with live music, food and drinks. A portion of the proceeds go to families who have lost their children.
