Parks and recreation month

The New Braunfels Parks and Recreation department will be celebrating National Park and Recreation Month with various activities throughout July at city parks, including a guided hike through Panther Canyon July 20. More parks events can be found on the city website.Legally Blonde: The Musical

Puppy Pals Live!

The puppies from America’s Got Talent show off their stunts at the Brauntex Performing Arts Theatre.Val T. Webb in “That’s My Song!”

Val T. Webb, a recent standout contestant on “The Voice,” will perform some of her favorite songs at the Brauntex Performing Arts Theatre. Mark Cruz at Our Lady Bar & Patio

Mark Cruz has been a feature artist at guitar festivals across Texas and a guest director in All-City guitar events in Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas. Five of Cruz’s CDs have been featured on the nationally syndicated radio program, Classical Guitar Alive.Nightlife hike


A nature guide will take guests on a journey around the ponds and through the woods to discover what goes bump in the night. Preregistration required. The Peddler Show

The Peddler Show travels to different Texas cities throughout the year with each show different from the last. Every show offers a collection of selected inspired designers, boutiques and other exclusive vendors from all over for that particular weekend and city.Doll House Camp
