About the owner
Alex Holguin, along with his wife and three boys, recently moved to New Braunfels from San Diego.
“I've cooked my whole life,” Holguin said. “We decided to bring a different flavor out here to New Braunfels.”
Holguin aims to introduce a California twist to the local taco scene, he said.
“We're from San Diego, so we marinate a little different, our seasonings are different, it's just a different cuisine,” Holguin said.
