This development—which broke ground in 2022—is the first of its kind within the Veramendi master-planned community, according to an email from Executive Director Jennifer Lester and Atlas Senior Living. Atlas Senior Living is the development’s management company.
Project details
The Oscar at Veramendi is being developed by Abbey Residential and will offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The development will offer housing for independent living, assisted living and memory care, the email states.
The community will offer an array of amenities, including an indoor pool, full-service salon, sports bar with billiards, movie theater and art studio. The Oscar at Veramendi will also feature an outdoor terrace with a garden and water feature, outpatient rehab and a wellness clinic with an on-site nurse practitioner.

The Oscar at Veramendi will begin accepting its first residents in Q1 of 2026.
