1. Mill Street Youth Center
Project: The Mill Street Youth Center project involves transforming a historic New Braunfels building into a $15 million community space for teens, offering facilities like a teaching kitchen, esports room, study rooms, and other programs.
Update: The project will break ground in the fall once the remaining the total $15 million goal is raised. So far, the project has $7 million raised, according to a May 30 news release from the organization.

Project: Bluebonnet Chrysler and Dodge is building a new $16 million location south of I-35 in New Braunfels.

Project: Comal ISD voters approved a bond proposition in 2023 which included funding for the construction of Elementary School No. 23 in the Mayfair development.
