Two new attractions have opened at the Landa Park Aquatic Complex at 350 Aquatic Circle after renovations, according to New Braunfels city officials.

A waterslide called Felipe the Frog and two new climbing walls officially opened on June 23, according to the city's Facebook page.

"They benefit users of LPAC by providing more opportunities for activity and enhancing the facility," city officials told Community Impact.

How it happened


These additions were a part of a $2.75 renovation project that began last December, according to a city news release.

“We’re thrilled to reopen with these significant enhancements that not only meet safety and accessibility standards but also create a more enjoyable environment for families and visitors," Deputy City Manager Jordan Matney said in a news release.
