This is the mental health clinic’s third location in the Southwest Texas area and 40th location overall.
Chief Operating Officer Chris Ivany said Family Care Center offers a wide range of outpatient mental health services for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and more.
“We are in network with every major insurance company, which is kind of unusual for mental healthcare,” Ivany said.
The clinic also offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, or TMS, for individuals with depression. TMS uses magnetic pulses to stimulate the brain cells that controls people’s mood people’s moods, Ivany said.
