A new coffee shop in New Braunfels is brewing up more than just coffee—it’s fostering a sense of community.

The coffee shop opened Dec. 31 at 1450 W. Klein Road.

The details

13 Trees Coffee Haus is named in honor Owner Jamie Rosales' family, who is part of a family of 13.

The coffee shop serves siphon-brewed coffee, which is made with a special coffee maker that uses boiling water and vacuum pressure to brew. This method creates a clean, flavorful cup with minimal sediment and offers a more refined process compared to standard drip coffee makers, Rosales said. 13 Trees Coffee Haus also offers house blended beans featuring a butter-infused Texas pecan flavor.
