Tipsy Cow Ice Cream, a local ice cream shop in New Braunfels, has opened a second location.

The scoop

The shop is known for its homemade ice cream, including alcohol-infused adult flavors such as Vanilla Bourbon and Bailey's Salted Caramel, as well as kid-friendly options such as Sea Salt Cookies-n-Cream and Ghirardelli Chocolate. They also offer dairy-free varieties.

The shop opened its first location in Freiheit Village in 2018.
