As the weather warms up, businesses in New Braunfels find ways to keep visitors and residents alike cool in the Guadalupe and Comal rivers. Check out these five river outfitters to gear up for the hot months ahead in New Braunfels.

The tubing outfitter Rockin R River Rides, for instance, has five locations across the Guadalupe and Comal rivers.

The tubing outfitter has five locations across the Guadalupe and Comal rivers, and is open Wednesday through Sunday. The tubing outfitter offers tubes, rafts, kayaks and paddleboards for rent, and visitors can purchase day passes. Tejas Tubos is a tube rental spot located within the karaoke bar Tejas Bar and Jovan’s Car Wash. The tubing outfitter rents out tubes and offers shuttle services for patrons to and from the Comal River, with complimentary on-site parking. The space where the tubes are rented out can be booked for events—past events include concerts and professional wrestling shows.

Landa Falls

Located on the Wurstfest grounds, the tubing outfitter rents out tubes for people to float the Comal River. Tube rentals come with life vests, free shuttle service back to the grounds and an option to float again for free, and on-site parking.Corner Tubes

Located across South Liberty Avenue from Prince Solms Park, the tubing outfitter offers all-day rentals as well as late, overnight and multiple-day rentals. Shuttle services to and from the Comal River are included with the rentals.Texas Tubes

Located on the Comal River, Texas Tubes offers their own private entrance and exit from the river. Its main parking area is also near the river. The last shuttle pick up is at 7 p.m. daily, and their season will last through October, weather permitting.
