A barbershop chain that has locations across San Antonio is planning to expand into another location in the Hill Country.

Matador Men’s Grooming is planning to add a location in Boerne, within the upcoming Boerne Town Center Development, according to Manager Ashley Davila.

Davila told Community Impact that while their website says it could open in 2025, it’s likely to be pushed back “a year or two” into 2026 due to construction.

Matador Men’s Grooming has locations throughout San Antonio and New Braunfels, based on their locations list.


They provide traditional barber and grooming services, but have a unique beverage service that includes coffee and an open bar with each haircut, according to their website.
