The details
Boerne Station Business Park will be located at 209 Ebner Street, the former location of the Boerne Depot, which closed in 1971.
Developers said the project will focus on providing high-quality office space with a historic flair and architectural nod to the Depot buildings that once stood in its place.
The project was previously brought before the Planning and Zoning Commission in 2019, where it was approved.
While an official time frame has not been announced, a listing from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation has the project expected to begin in July. Owners said the goal is to start in earnest, pending city permitting, and will be completed within a year from the construction start.
