The Center at Gattis, an office condo development located at 2261 Gattis School Road, Round Rock, by BlueAcre Development is set to conclude construction in November. With 30,000 square feet of office space planned, units will range in size from 1,022-4,088 square feet for outright sale or leasing. The center will have entrances and exits at Joyce Street and Gattis School Road.
