A national quadball tournament called the US Quadball Cup—a real-life sport inspired by the magical game of quidditch—will be hosted and open to the public at the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex on April 13-14.
What’s happening?
The event will see over 60 college and club quadball teams competing for the national championship within their division. Fans will not only be able to enjoy the matches, but also local food vendors and merchandise vendors during the event.
“We are so thrilled to be back in Round Rock for our national championship,” said Megan Anderson, the senior director of membership and operations for US Quadball, in a news release. “We are looking forward to introducing quadball to new fans in the area, and welcoming back members of the local community who have attended before. The US Quadball Cup provides such a vibrant and exciting atmosphere that is so unique and energizing—you won’t want to miss it.”
