Lupe Tortilla announced it will open this summer at 240 Bass Pro Drive, Round Rock. The Tex-Mex restaurant chain will open in a 7,000-square-foot building and offer more than 60 menu items when it opens, including margaritas, hand-pressed tortillas, seafood, carne asadas and more.
