Great Clips, a national hair salon franchise, opened its second Hutto location at Hanson's Corner on Jan. 4, franchisee Steve Bixler confirmed. The salon, located at 210 Ed Schmidt Blvd., Ste. 200, Hutto, offers haircuts for men, women and children.
