The Philly Pretzel Factory location that opened in June at 1920 N. Coit Road, Ste. 211, Richardson, has closed. A company spokesperson said there are no plans to reopen. The business serves Philadelphia-style soft pretzels with dough made fresh in-house. It also offers pretzel dogs, pretzel cheesesteaks, pepperoni pretzel melts and cinnamon pretzel twists.
