All five propositions passed in Richardson's $223.4 million bond package, according to unofficial final voting totals released by Dallas and Collin counties.
This was the largest proposed bond in the city's history, with funding allocated for infrastructure, park renovations and fire facility additions. All five propositions received between 67% and 73% favorable votes.

Unofficial early results show voters favoring all five propositions in Richardson’s $223.4 million bond package.
What you need to know
All five bond propositions have received between 68% and 76% favorable votes in support of the proposition, according to unofficial early results.
This is the largest proposed bond in the city’s history, with more funds than ever proposed for infrastructure projects. The bond program appeared on the ballot as the following propositions:
- Proposition A: $132.2 million for street improvements
- Proposition B: $36 million for fire facilities
- Proposition C: $22.2 million for park and recreational facilities
- Proposition D: $16.5 million for sidewalks
- Proposition E: $16.5 million for flood control and drainage facilities

Projects in the street improvements proposition include traffic signal rebuilds and replacements, 13 alley repair projects, 15 street reconstructions and localized concrete replacement. Under the fire facilities proposition, the city plans to build a new fire apparatus building, an addition to Fire Station No. 6, and design a new Fire Station No. 7.
The $22.2 million for parks and recreational facilities would fund 10 playground renovations, upgrades at Breckinridge Park and several pool renovations.
If a proposition fails to pass, City Manager Don Magner said the city would consider alternative funding sources, and projects could be deferred or canceled.
