Early voting begins in Richardson for Nov. 2 election

Oct. 18 marks the first day of early voting, and Richardson residents will have the chance to decide on several ballot items leading up to Election Day on Nov. 2.

Polls will be open in Dallas County 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 18-23, 1-6 p.m. Oct. 24, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 25-27 and 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Oct. 28-29. In Collin County, polls will be open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 18-22, 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Oct. 23, 1-6 p.m. Oct. 24 and 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Oct. 25-29.

Voters in both Dallas and Collin counties may vote at any polling location in their respective county during early voting and on Election Day.

Richardson is seeking approval from voters on five separate bond propositions totaling $190 million. The proposals are largely aimed at infrastructure improvements.
