Richardson Indian restaurant Bombay Republic has rebranded as Fusion Republic Indian Kitchen & Bar, co-owner Karthik Sridharan confirmed over email.

Along with the name change, Fusion Republic also updated its menu, adding salmon, lobsters, chicken platters, bao, burgers and sandwiches, which Sridharan said gives a “fusion twist to the traditional Indian cuisine.” The menu also includes new cocktails and mocktails.

Sridharan said the restaurant retains the same chefs, owners and servers, as well as its lunch buffet and a la carte dinner.
