Downtown Inner Loop improvements
This first phase of construction in the Downtown Inner Loop will address roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements on Colorado Drive, Beech Street, Ohio Drive and Pecan Street. Other improvements include lighting, parking and landscaping, according to the city’s website.
