Topaz at Light Farms Way is bringing a 272-unit multifamily development to Celina, according to a news release from developer Cedarwood Companies.
The development will feature a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, per the release.
Amenities planned for Topaz at Light Farms Way include:
- Resort-style pool
- Clubhouse with coworking lounge
- Fitness center
- Dog park and grooming spa
- Walking trails
Construction on the apartments is set to begin soon, and residents are expected to start moving in next summer, according to the release.
