Pflugerville, Hutto homes spent over a month on the market in September

The average number of days homes spent on the market in Pflugerville-Hutto were up year over year in September, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors.

Homes in both Pflugerville ZIP code 78660 and Hutto ZIP code 78634 spent more than a month on the market—over 95% longer compared to last year.

Median home prices in the market were down year over year. Pflugerville home prices dropped the most by 8% while Hutto prices dropped by just over 6.5%.

In the market, 135 homes were sold between the $300,000 to $499,999 price range. There were also:

• 5 homes sold between $700,000 to $899,999
• 25 homes sold between $500,000 to $699,999
• 4 homes sold for $299,999 or less
• 0 homes sold for $900,000 or more

Home sales were also down year over year. Pflugerville again had the biggest drop in the market, with 69 fewer homes sold this September compared to last September. In Hutto, there were 13 fewer homes sold.
