While the number of homes sold was up in both Pflugerville- and Hutto-area ZIP codes year over year in July, homes sat on the market longer, according to data from Unlock MLS.

Home sales were up about 12% year over year in July in both ZIP codes 78634 and 78660.
However, ZIP code 78634 saw a sharper increase in how long it took homes to sell, with the average home on the market for 76 days this July.
