City Council approved a $53,885.82 credit agreement with H-E-B, LP to convert an 8-inch water line to a 12-inch water line along 980 feet of Colorado Sand Blvd. A similar credit agreement with Atlantic Urbana Cameroon, LLC for $166,948.82 will also expand an 8-inch waterline to a 12-inch waterline along about 1,446 feet along Cameron Road.
