Early voting for the runoff election for two seats on Hutto City Council will end Tuesday, June 3. Election day will take place Saturday, June 7, from 7 a.m.-7 p.m., and residents can cast their ballot at any Williamson County polling location.
What you need to know
Cory Denena will face Jim Morris for the Place 3 runoff election. According to unofficial results, Denena received 44.01% of votes in the May election, and Morris received 42.84% of votes. Monekia Kea also ran for Place 3 and received 13.03% of votes.
For Place 6, incumbent Amberley Kolar will runoff against Aaron King. Unofficial results show Kolar with 42.38% of votes and King with 29.6% in the May election. Brandon Deleon and Erin McGowan also ran for Place 6 and account for the other 28% of votes.
