With 100% of Hutto polling precincts reporting their results, Corina Zepeda won the May 2 election for Hutto City Council Place 4.
Out of 1,001 ballots cast, she received 54.8% of the votes, while Brandon DeLeon received 45.1%.
In the race for Place 1, Jerrel W. Reynolds received the most votes with 41.9% of 984 ballots cast. Trailing Reynolds are Brandy McCool with 24.1% of the votes, Sarosh Jafri with 23.07% of the votes, and Luiz Dunham with 10.7%.
With no candidate receiving a majority vote, the race for Place 1 will head to a runoff election between Reynolds and McCool.

Early voting results in the May 2 election for Hutto City Council show Jerrel Reynolds in the lead for Place 1, while Corina Zepeda leads the two-candidate contest for Place 4.
The results
Reynolds received 41.7% of the early votes for Hutto City Council Place 1, according to unofficial results out of Williamson County. Following Reynolds are Brandy McCool with 24.7% of the early votes, Sarosh Jafri, with 22.7% and Luiz Dunham with 10.7%.
In the race for Place 4 on Hutto City Council, Zepeda leads Brandon DeLeon with 55% of the ballots cast during early voting.
City Council members are elected to serve three-year terms.
