Urban Moment Development, an Austin-based real estate developer, is now leasing rental homes within the YardHomes Cottonwood Creek community in Hutto.
The gist
The new development features 293 rental homes with one-, two- and three-bedroom floorpans, according to a press release. Each home includes a private backyard with over 250 square feet of natural grass, as well as home amenities such as in-unit washers and dryers, Ring doorbells, keyless entry, stainless-steel appliances and more.
YardHomes Cottonwood Creek also includes an event lawn, pickle ball court, community garden, EV car charging stations, fitness center, dog park and outdoor lounge, according to the release.
