Several businesses have recently opened in Hutto or are coming soon, including gyms, a fiber store and a coffee drive thru. Read these updates and more below.

1. Longevity Gym Physical Therapy & Wellness
Founded by Emily Edwards, the practice takes a proactive, whole-person approach to physical therapy and wellness, helping patients improve mobility, prevent injuries and stay active. The clinic offers one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatment for orthopedic injuries, balance and vestibular conditions, pain, mobility limitations, and post-surgical rehabilitation. It also provides preventative movement assessments and nutrition consultations.
2. FitFam Community
The business provides high-intensity interval training and personal training. Owned by Jason Houck, the HIIT classes are designed to maximize results in minimum time. Each one-hour session alternates between intense bursts of exercise and brief recovery periods, keeping heart rate elevated and metabolism up.
3. Bella Donuts
The donut shop offers donuts, kolaches, biscuits, coffee and croissants.

4. Heritage Bloom Fiber Co.
The mother-and-daughter-owned fiber store, will sell fabric, yarn and embroidery supplies. The business plans to offer classes, including children's crafting classes, skill-building workshops and seasonal projects.
5. LongHorn Steakhouse
The restaurant was one of several Mayor Mike Snyder confirmed on Facebook as coming to the Sprouts-anchored retail center. Part of the Darden Restaurants group, the steakhouse serves a variety of fresh-cut steaks, seafood, chicken, lamb and more.
6. Pepper Lunch
The restaurant aims to provide a unique dining experience in which meals arrive on a 500-degree cast-iron plate so that diners can then mix, season and finish cooking their plates themselves.

7. Jason’s Deli
The deli is known for its sandwiches, salads, bowls, pastas and desserts.

8. 7 Brew
Construction on the 865 square-foot project began in July and is expected to wrap up in September. The coffee stand sells a range of hot and iced coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, milkshakes and energy drinks, including signature flavors such as cinnamon roll and cookie butter.
9. Crunch Fitness
The gym offers a range of cardio equipment, weights and exercise machines. Other features and amenities include personal training, group classes, locker rooms with showers, and hydro massage and tanning beds. Construction on the 39,992 square-foot space is set to begin in November and last through the end of 2027.
Relocations
10. Shelly's Heart and Soul Food
The soul food truck is relocating from its current spot at 3333 CR 119 to the The Hippo Escape food truck park. The business serves a menu of hand-breaded catfish fillets and wings alongside sides such as collard greens, rice and beans, macaroni and cheese, corn bread muffins, fries, and grits.
