Scope of work: new multifamily housing development of 10 unique building types and 463 dwelling units with multiple parking options, dedicated and integrated amenity facilities, and pocket parks designed in a modern Texas farmhouse theme
3. Frontera Ridge Apartments: 1350 W. Louis Henna Blvd., Round Rock

Timeline: May 15-Sept. 15
Estimated cost: $15 million
Scope of work: utility, water, wastewater, storm, grading, retaining walls, roadway, sidewalks, buildings, landscaping, etc.
4. Emory Crossing Amenity Center: 418 Emory Crossing Blvd., Hutto.
Type of work: new construction
Timeline: Feb. 1-Nov. 30
Estimated cost: $3.3 million
Scope of work: new amenity building with two pavilions, a pool and splashpad
5. Carver Ridge Apartments: CR 137, south of FM 1660, Hutto
Type of work: new construction
Timeline: Feb. 28, 2022-June 1, 2023
Estimated cost: $120,000
Scope of work: community center and leasing office to support the 60-unit apartment community
