The new Academy Sports+Outdoors in Hutto will host its grand opening Nov. 17 and have a host of festivities throughout the weekend.

A ribbon-cutting will be held at 8:40 a.m., and free gift cards will be given to the first 150 customers in line.

A total of $15,000 worth of other prizes will be available throughout the weekend until Nov. 19.
