Owners Lucy and Randy Hines, and franchisees Cecilia and Luís Rey have opened a Kolache Shoppe location in Pearland’s Broadway Plaza shopping center. In addition to coffee, the bakery offers kolaches with two dozen sweet, savory and breakfast-style fillings along with monthly specials. The business is in a new 1,200-square-foot space.

The bakery will offer grand opening events Oct. 3-8 with different deals each day.
