Commissioners approved the financing of a new senior apartment housing project in the Wells Branch community Oct. 14.
Affinity at Wells Branch is a proposed 154-unit active adult community on 8.2 acres at 14508 Owen Tech Blvd.
If built the project will also have a fitness center, a saltwater pool and spa, a workshop and a covered patio.
The Public Finance Authority of Wisconsin, which is financing the project, plans to issue $21,775,000 in revenue bonds to build the project.
