HOLIDAY ROUNDUP: Family events at the Arboretum

The Arboretum hosts upcoming holiday-themed events from Dec. 20–22, including photos with Santa and decorating holiday stocking with Mrs. Claus.

The events are free, open to participants of all ages and take place near the Christmas tree between Amy's Ice Creams and Restoration Hardware, 10000 Research Blvd.

Dec. 20— The "Light up the Night with Santa" event includes story time and photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The event is held from 4–7 p.m. Festive glow sticks will also be handed out to participants.

Dec. 21—A stocking decorating party with Mrs. Claus takes place from noon–3 p.m.

Dec. 22—Children may participate in holiday ornament making and story time with Santa. Attendees will also have an opportunity to take photos with Santa. The event takes place from 1–4 p.m.

Dec. 23—The day before Christmas Eve, attendees have one last opportunity for photos with Santa from 1–4 p.m. The event also allows participants to decorate and take home holiday gift bags.
