Site work has begun on the future home of a 5-story apartment development along West Anderson Lane in North Austin.
The city of Austin in late October approved total demolition of the former office building at 2711 W. Anderson Lane, Austin, according to city permits. The site is now leveled ahead of construction of the upcoming 27 Eleven Apartments.
California-based firm Paydar Properties in 2018 submitted a site plan on the property for a mixed-use, multifamily development.
Davies Collaborative, the architectural firm associated with the development, states on its website that 27 Eleven will house 320 total multifamily units over 300,000 square feet and five stories. The apartment complex will include a two-story subterranean parking garage for residents, per the website.
