Sankalp Taste of India held a soft opening in the Tech Ridge area on Aug. 17. This is the business’ second Texas location and the first Austin location. They will be hosting a grand opening for the business Aug. 23-25.

The restaurant serves soup, appetizers, chaat, pizza, sandwiches, curries and more.
