Greystar broke ground on a 12-story, 152-unit community on the same block as the Chase building at 545 W. 19th St. in June. The Greystar project is one of two phases, with Phase 2 potentially bringing another 300 units to the area, which includes the Heights Waterworks redevelopment and a 350-unit multifamily project by Alliance Residential called Broadstone Heights slated to open this fall.
In the Rice Military area,
a holdout surrounded by townhomes received a demolition permit, one of 39 residential teardowns throughout the city this week.
