Of Southwest Austin ZIP codes, 78747—which represents Onion Creek and parts of Southeast Austin—saw the highest rate of growth, increasing by over 31% over five years and adding 5,035 people. However, 78748—which includes the southern end of Manchaca Road and San Leanna—had added the largest number of people, with 7,432 people moving to the area.
Every ZIP code in Southwest Austin saw growth during the five-year period.
However, 78735—which includes much of Oak Hill—was the most stable ZIP code in Southwest Austin, increasing by 4.68%.
