4. Little Shepherds at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church
This Mother’s Day Out program is affiliated with Good Shepherd Episcopal Church and strives to keep toddlers learning and moving. The age-appropriate curriculum includes music time, story time and snack time. The program is open on Wednesdays and Fridays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. 5. Encompass Academics
Encompass Academics will open its Mother Day Out program in fall 2019. The program is three days a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and provides a structured, loving, Christian environment. Children will be academically challenged with fun, hands-on learning with research-based and results-driven instruction. Students attend chapel, fine arts classes and literacy class. 6. Little Lambs Learning Center at Shepherd of the Heart
The center has options for two- and four-day programs, weekly chapel for all ages, different themes and something going on every month and goes by a homeschool curriculum. It also hosts classroom parties and Dr. Seuss Day. Snack and recess are provided. For all-day children, bagged lunch is required. This faith-based academy offers two-, three- and five-day programs for Mother’s Day Out for children ages 6 months-3 years. The school integrates Bible stories, songs, storytelling, arts and crafts, and outdoor play into daily curriculum. The school also offers a five-day curriculum for pre-K3 through fifth-grade students and provides separate supplementary care for early morning, midday and after-school periods. 10. In His Steps Academy
This academy offers a Mother’s Day Out program with two-, three- and four-day-a-week options. The school also offers pre-K3, pre-K4 and kindergarten as well as A Bridge, or advanced pre-K4. The school provides care, education, activities and guidance rooted in Christian values for each child. Several curriculums are used with the A Beka curriculum forming the foundation, preparing children by promoting concepts of shapes, numbers, the alphabet, phonics and handwriting.
