Renovations cost $2.5 million. 2. CHI St. Luke’s The Vintage New programs serving The Vintage patients in 2019 include a Joint and Spine Center, which provides treatment for a variety of orthopedic conditions. The hospital relaunched its Family Birthing Center in 2018, including a Level II NICU and 14 private rooms. 3. Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital The hospital has approved $51 million in capital expansion projects in 2019, including building a new skybridge between the North Pavilion and Hargrave buildings. New physician and employee parking was added in 2018.
