The Harris County Precinct 4 project widens Hufsmith-Kohrville Road between Hollow Glen Lane and Ezekiel Road in Tomball from two to four lanes and adds traffic signals at Lacey and Ezekiel roads. Precinct 4 officials say they plan to advertise the project for a construction bid by the end of the year.
