After several years of steady increases, median property values in Cy-Fair remained largely unchanged from 2017 to 2018, according to data released by the Harris County Appraisal District this spring. Data is based on home sales between Jan. 1, 2017, and Jan. 31, 2018.

The area covering south of Hwy. 290 inside Hwy. 6 was the only one to experience a decline in median values.
